In showing my Mom’s house, our longtime home, she also completed a live video tour that was posted on her own real estate market website and had leaflets readily available at the house with all the highlights in pictures and special features listed and shown, regarding the house. That was truly a pleasant surprise and was completely not expected, in that she would be offering, performing and including this additional service. This made the whole process and event look more professional and I strongly believe it was valuable and essential in ultimately bringing in the higher price, than listed or asked for the house, when we placed or posted it originally on the market.
